
COCOA / CHOCOLATE :
Cocoa plants are grown in Ta Lai farm. Ripened fruits are picked and unshelled then they are fermented which stage creating good flavour for cocoa bean. After fermenting, Cocoa bean will be dried in sunlight to well drained.

COFFEE
The project arose on the sides of Cat Tien National Park. Ta Lai Arômes d’Indochine is preserving the biodiversity by selecting only coffee plantations that grow under the protection of canopy trees. This provides the Robusta bean with a greater depth of aromas.

Vietnam pepper is one of the top aromatic pepper in the world with a special and unique fragrance.
Our Fully ripe berries are selected then we sun-dry them. This traditional way of processing guarantees freshness, flavor and cleanness (Black & White pepper)

RAW SALT
Our salt is produced from the middle of Vietnam.
Sea water evaporates in subsequent open ponds, thanks to the action of the sun and wind. In the last ponds, salt crystal form and are harvested. Then they are washed with brine, dried, stored and packed.
